I troubleshooted this for a while and initially thought it was a permissions issue with my install. For whatever reason, I am unable to add, clone, rename, or remove presets if I have the Migaku Anki addon enabled. I've isolated this by disabling every addon I have one by one. If I disable the addon, do whatever I need to do for the presets (add/clone/whatever) and then reenable it everything works fine.

This is on Anki 2.1.49 on Windows 11. I have also deleted the addon and reinstalled to no avail. Let me know if you need any more info!

@tappuribaketsu Not sure about the OP's issue, but I had the same issue you were having. Your fix might be as simple as going to tools->preferences->change video driver from OpenGL to ANGLE like the below screenshot shows.

I currently run a combination of Yomichan and the Migaku browser extension when looking at unfamiliar Japanese words. I've noticed that one thing that the Migaku browser extension lacks is it it does not list a verb as transitive vs intransitive like yomichan does. This can make it take a little longer than necessary to divine the usage of a word -- and, especially for a beginner -- can make some words (出す vs 出る) look very similar.

I think that would be the most useful but it would be nice if it included whether something was a noun/verb/adjective and what kind of adjective and verb something is for the purpose of conjugations. As it stands, it nearly replaces the need to seek out other dictionaries but just misses a few things.
