Note: I am getting this bug on Windows 10. Another user reported getting the same bug on macOS Mojave.
Clarification: the distortion is also present during normal playback once a laptop on battery is used and enable recording is enabled, not only when exporting cards.

@thalamor Make sure your video driver in Anki is set to ANGLE or Software.
@thalamor In the top right corner where your profile picture is, you can click on the arrow and then on account.
