When I try to make a flashcard from a youtube video and I press export, it just says "creating card" then opens migaku dictionary and a blank card is sent to Anki. Nothing else. Please help, Thank you.

I finally got my flash card to load from YouTube, now it isn’t working anymore, only a full sentence loads, they go directly to Anki and by pass migaku dictionary. The definition appears in Migaku dictionary but the card doesn’t create. I’m getting very frustrated could somebody please help me?
