@stevimigaku Hello I am also having a similar problem where I paid for Migaku via the website but I cannot sync with my Patreon account. More importantly, I cannot access the discord server because of this - can you help me get access?

When I try to link my Patreon account to my Migaku account, I get the following error "Your Patreon pledge seems to be invalid". Can I get help to link my accounts?

Bumping this thread as I still haven't been able to fix this problem. Does anybody have any tips?

I uninstalled, and reinstalled the Migaku Chrome extension (unfortunately it lost all the words I marked as known before, would appreciate it if anyone knows how to preserve that). The Google Image search and Forvo Audio search started working again. But then I left my computer and came back, and then it stopped working. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'd rather not continually uninstall and reinstall my extension.

In my Migaku lookup tool, none of Forvo Audio, Google Images, and Totoeba Example Sentences are working for me. I'm not sure what happened because they were working fine when I first installed the extension for a one week trial. Is there any way to troubleshoot this? Thanks.

Sometimes I pause a video to look up a word in the popup dictionary, and then I just want to exit the popup dictionary without continuing the video. How do I do this? If I just click out of the popup dictionary box it continues the video. Is there a keyboard shortcut?
