I went from a monthly subscription (just 1 month in August) to the life time subscription. I have received the receipt via email and the money has left my bank account, but the subscription does not show up in my account. Will it automatically change once my monthly subscription ends?

Has there been any news of whether we can receive a formal invoice? I would like to use my company's development budget but I would need to know in advance if I could receive a formal invoice addressed to my company.
