Uploading dictionary files into Migaku Dictionary

I tried looking for the file formats acceptable for upload into Migaku Dictionary on the browser extention, but couldn't find any information. I want to upload my J-J dictionaries from my computer, but clearly the files I have aren't in the right format, because the Upload window doesn't recognize them.

As @MichaelP said, yomichan format is your safest bet.

@tenaciousd19800 The dictionary app accepts two formats. yomichan dictionary and Migaku dictionary. At the moment, your safer bet is yomichan format.
