How to get to main menu?

I just signed up for Migaku and I cannot figure out how to get to the "options" in all the tutorial videos.

I am only able to access the toolbar where it says "Parsing is not available for Japanese."

Also, in the extension drop down, I can only select "Enable Migaku Toolbar". It won't let me click anything else. I'm particularly interested in Migaku Reader.
