problems installing the addon on new laptop

So I'm trying to add the extension on my friends laptop and it lags like this and never work normally like it does on my own laptop, so I tried making the browser langauge from arabic to english and then download it again but it didn't work still the same problem , I tried to use diffrent browsers on his laptops but still the exact problem . I don't know if the problem from the store version or something else please help out. thanks -
