Im having trouble getting recorded audio and the screenshot with the anki card exporting.
-
The Migaku browser extension doesn't generate audio from the video i'm watching, nor does it screenshot the frame where the subtitle was spoken, it just grabs stock google images and leaves all anki card fields blank. This could be from me not having migaku dictionary, and just having the browser extension + addon, but for some reason, the addon, dictionary and extension all seem to be running on different versions. The Migaku Anki Addon on the Migaku website only supports the newest version of Anki. I found an older version called "Migaku Japanese" for 2.1.35 but i'm not sure if this is the same add-on from the main website. If anyone could help explain what i'm doing wrong or how I can get this working please do share. Thank you!

@stevimigaku amazing, thank you. I'll have a play around with this

I think the problem for me is that I was using my own note type. Is there a way to configure your own note types to grab the information?
It worked with the standard migaku note type for me later

Same when creating a sentence card from a webpage. It doesn't seem to pull the sentence through to the card creator
-
Browser extension version: 0.9.9.2
Anki Version: 2.1.49
Anki add-on: 0.1.0-alpha. 17
-
Also none of the fields on the left such as the target word pronunciation or the definitions will ping over to the card creator. The arrow button and the anki card buttons do nothing
-
I'm having the same problem for simplified chinese. All fields for card creation are left blank. The only thing it carries through is the vocabulary item. No sentence or audio or screenshot

@badbureets
As @LorSamPau said, you dont need the dictionary addon anymore. All you need is the newest version of the extension and the Migaku Anki Addon-on (https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1846879528)
We can help, but for that we need more info.
Anki Version:
Browser Extension Version:
Migaku Anki Add-on Version:
Maybe some screenshots of what you are trying to do etc. -
@badbureets If you are using Migaku Browser Extension, there's no need for separate Migaku Dictionary addon, as the Dictionary is already implemented with the browser extension and the anki addon. Make sure that you checked 'Enable Recording' in the extension menu:
Try other video sources: if you are using YouTube, try Netflix/Migaku Player. Try using some other browser just to get more information about the problem.
