    Is it compatible with Anki recent release 2.1.65? I thought it was

      I updated the add on and I saw in the webiste it will be compatible with the latest Anki release, I might have been wrong cause when I upgraded Anki I got this error

      Error
      An error occurred. Please start Anki while holding down the shift key, which will temporarily disable the add-ons you have installed.
      If the issue only occurs when add-ons are enabled, please use the Tools > Add-ons menu item to disable some add-ons and restart Anki, repeating until you discover the add-on that is causing the problem.
      When you've discovered the add-on that is causing the problem, please report the issue to the add-on author.

        @juliusmigaku It is working! But I don't know why after a few days it switch to the old version automatically, and I have to redo the process of manually installing it from the file.

        I'm not sure if it's an issue from anki or from the addon.

          Sorry for only seeing this now, I made an announcement post here on the forum now as well:

          You have to upgrade the kanji addon manually once as is described here:

          Because there was a bug with the Migaku Kanji God Addon that stops people from upgrading their addons, it is required to manually re-install that addon by downloading it from https://www.migaku.io/download/
          (Do not uninstall the addon if you don't want to lose your settings).
          Everything should work fine afterwards!
