Clipboard doesn't show copied text

Hi! Everything used to work perfectly, but for some reason chrome deleted my extensions after an update. So I logged in, downloaded the mandarin dictionaries, set my language as Mandarin in the settings as well as the dictionary itself. Then I copied text to use the clipboard function. First it said I didn't have dictionaries installed - which I do and they are enabled. I reloaded and then it doesn't even show the copied text anymore. I wonder if I did something wrong setting Migaku up. Thank you so much for your help!
