Makes a empty font card when making flashcards

Hi!
I was making new flashcards and noticed that while the back of the cards were correct, the front was displaying the wrong information when I reviewed them. I'm not sure what went wrong during the creation process. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

This error appears when you make a card and it is flagged as a the wrong type. It just means that the default field for the card type is empty (Sentence for Sentence card, Target Word for Vocabulary card, Sentence Audio for Audio Sentence card, Word Audio for Audio Vocabulary card).
