Parsing word from text is not giving me audio with forvo nor definition and translation

As the title says, I don't get neither definition, nor audio when I try to create a card by parsing it from a website. Any ideas?

[FIX] The language dropdown menu was missing in the card creator menu(as visible in the screenshot down further). It appeared after I resized the window. Everything works fine now.

@stevimigaku Yes, I parse the website, then select a desired sentence with particular word and press ctrl+Q to create a card. After card creation menu opens the definition and the audio is missing. Only the google picture reference and the sentece and words in German are inserted. Same thing happens if I try to create flashcards from youtube or netflix videos. For some reason I don't get the automatic definition and audio for the selected word/sentence. Both Forvo and Totoeba display "No results found".
I guess "Totoeba" is for generating example sentences with the word in context but I still miss the automatic definition from the dictionary and the audio sound of the pronounciation. Am I supposed to manually write the translation for the whole sentence and the word or should it be automatic?
If I press shift, on the other hand, on a particular word in the website I get the translation in English of that particular word(Vicon Ger to ENG).

What do you mean with "create a card by parsing it from a website"?
You parse the website, hover over a sentence and press ctrl + q to create a card?If so, what do you expect to happen, and what does happen?
Do you mean with the automatic definition settings?
