Extension icon stuck on loading circle
-
I updated the extension this morning but I'm having a headache trying to get it to work, does anyone have any ideas?
When I click the extension icon (where you log in / enable recording / etc), sometimes it just gets stuck on "LOADING" and it stays like that regardless of closing and reopening Chrome.
Eventually it worked for long enough for me to log in and import dictionaries, but then when I finally went to use it on Youtube, the LOADING circle comes back and it won't parse the subs.
My internet connection is fine, I disabled all my other Chrome extensions, I have version 0.9.9.2 of the extension, Version 98.0.4758.102 of Chrome, version 2.1.49 of Anki and newly installed the Anki Add On.

Sorry for the late reply. The team is pretty busy this week, but we will start going through the reports next week. In the meantime you could fill this out as we need this kind of info to find the cause.

Sorry, just saw there's a tech support forum as well as bug reports, I guess it belongs there?
