Cards created by the browser extension do not work properly in anki with migaku addon
-
When the new versions of the addons were released I had similar problems and some dev helped me to solve them on discord, and it had worked out fine. For some reason, it seems that now even continuing with the solution they gave me, that I had not selected the new type of note "migaku japanese" in card creation, my anki is still not interacting well with the extension. See in the image that to create the card from a subtitle in the migaku dictionary, the note type "migaku japanese" is selected, my default deck that was already being used with the old note type (I don't want to have to create another deck) and all the fields correctly selected. When I click to play the audio of the subtitle that is exported to the migaku dictionary window, the audio also plays normally.
So it seemed all right because it is no different than how I did it after I was given the solution and it worked. But when the newly created cards appeared to review in my deck, I was having syntax problems similar to those that were solved by correcting the note type to "migaku japanese" instead of the old "migaku japanese sentence" as in the images. Also, although the button to play the audio appears, the audio does not play in any newly cards. As expected, the old cards created with "migaku japanese sentence" note still normally functioning.
Below are some sample previews of the cards and my note settings.No idea of what is happening. Should I reinstall the anki addon?

@wzinato You don't have to reinstall the addon. Its a known issue and will hopefully be fixed soon. Extra spaces in front of words cause this. If you remove them, the syntax should display as normal

@rell Thank you, the audio problem was solved!

I don't know what is happening with the syntax but for the audio issue:
- locate the migaku_mpv.cfg file in the mpv -> scripts -> migaku_mpv folder
- change # Format used for audio when exporting Anki cards
anki_audio_format=wav to anki_audio_format=mp3.
Your audio should then play again for newly created cards. For your currently affected cards you can manually change the file ending of the sentence audio in the card from mp3 to wav and Anki will be able to locate and play it properly.
