      i have just installed the anki add on but it is unable to work. the error says that it fail to load and suggested that I have to install python something that I don't understand. help pls

        Is this still not resolved? I'm on a week's trial of Migaku, but I don't see much point in trying it when I can't link it to Anki.

        Running the latest Anki build on an intel Mac

          2019 i5 intel Mac, Ventura 13.2.1
          Can the Migaku devs address this please?

            I am also having this trouble with Anki 2.1.54. And, I am unable to downgrade my Anki account to an older version. Other users have told me they are able to get Anki 2.1.54 to work, but I'm stumped. Mac OS running an M1 chip, but the problem persists on a PC with Windows 10.

              The Anki Add-on will not work with Anki versions newer than 2.1.49. When will this be updated? I have tested it with all versions of Anki 2.1.49-2.1.55 on a 2019 i5 intel Mac.

                @perez6736 - i just needed to update anki was all... make sure anki is up to date with the latest stable build
