When pressing CTRL to highlight sentences on pages that have furigana like this one (https://www3.nhk.or.jp/news/easy/k10013859371000/k10013859371000.html) it seems to stop highlighting on kanjis with furigana. On other pages without furigana, it seems to work mostly fine.

The option in the settings to remove ruby text does not change this behavior.

As a workaround for now you can highlight text manually by holding and dragging the left mouse button and then pressing CTRL afterward, but I think there's a bug as well:
When having a sentence highlighted with control usually u can press 'E' to look up all words in a dictionary. This behavior does not work when manually highlighting as explained in the workaround above. Instead what happens is that it searches the whole selected sentence instead of just the unknown words(same if u click on the search icon instead of pressing 'E').
As a workaround for this: you can press 'Q' or use the export button. That functionality still works as expected.
