Error when Creating Cards

I have been using Migaku mpv for Months now and it has been working perfectly, but now i get an Anki Error when creating a card.

I get the same error when trying to create a card via the Browser Extension + Netflix

I'm using
Browser Extension Version 0.8.2.2
Anki 2.1.35
I'm not sure where i can check the version number from Migaku MPV, but it should be the latest which is still compatible with this Browser Extension version.
I have not changed anything in my setup for a while, so this error is quite surprising.

I hope this gets resolved quickly, i can't miss my daily sentence mining

After fiddling around a bit, found somewhat of a fix for the error at least. A few days a go i added 2 Fields to this window, so i can automatically generate furigana for my cards when i add them.

After removing them, the Error disappeared, but obviously also the automated furigana generation. I can live with, for now, manually generating it, but if this has been a hint to figuring out the issue, i would appreciate any help.
