Migaku Browser Extension does not open dictionary or card creator

When I export a subtitle line from netflix the card exporter didn't open. I've been using the extension for a couple days without issues, but for some reason the card exporter won't popup today even though the extension says it is creating a card. When I check anki, nothing has been added. Anki says the extension is connected.
I think the problem is because the migaku dictionary won't open. If I use the anki shortcut, anki crashes and if I click through the browser nothing happens.
