Issue with making cards

When I make a new card by pressing Q or the upload button on netflix migaku will work perfectly and make a card on anki however my issue is after that. Whenever I try making another card a few minutes later it glitches. Migaku will act exactly like its going to make a card but then when it starts at the beginning of the selected sentence it will not play and just stays paused. I have to reload netflix after making a card to be able to make another one and it is very cumbersome
