All data lost while using reader

While using the reader yesterday, I was unable to unhighlight a sentence that I had used for making a card. The little pop up thing that appears when you hit control (with the magnifying glass and card export icons) was stuck and blocking the paragraph I was reading. So, I exited the reader thinking that leaving and coming back would fix it.
When I tried to reopen the reader, I noticed I was logged out and after logging back in, I found that all my Migaku data had been deleted. Dictionaries, word lists, known words, ebooks, stats... all gone ㅠㅠ Luckily, I had a back up of my known words list that wasn't too old so I was able to restore it but it was a bummer to lose the rest.
Any ideas about what happened or if I can restore everything that was lost somehow?
