not working with anki

hey so i just recently got migaku and ive been trying to use it for sentence mining on netflix and youtube. However, whenever i try to click the option that makes the card, it makes a card but it doesnt show anything on the card in anki. it just says that both sides are blank. no text, no picture, no video, no audio. from what ive seen in videos of people using migaku it should be working just fine and i dont seem to have seen anyone else with the same problem so maybe its just me? or maybe i messed something up with setting it up?

Just checking but I had same problem and I realized it was probably because the Anki Add-on was not installed properly. Maybe you are having the same problem too?
