For those lucky users with macbooks with Apple Sillicon chips (Macbook Pro M1 [November 2020] and newer) this won't work, because the creator of FFmpeg and FFprobe doesn't want to support apple products anymore (his announcment: https://evermeet.cx/ffmpeg/apple-silicon-arm)
