      Hi everyone,
I have an issue where for some reason I cannot parse subtitles of the first episode of Laid-back Camp from Netflix-jp (via VPN). The other episodes work fine.

Screenshot from Netflix-jp (for some reason the screenshot tool does not capture the picture). The parse button was clicked, but the subtitles are not parsed. The subtitle browser stays on the loading screen...

I have downloaded the subtitles from Netflix-jp via the Export Options -> Download Subtitles. The original subtitle file as well as fixed subtitle file can be found here: https://discord.com/channels/752293144917180496/755739098194640896/975418154153033738

I went through the subtitle file trying to figure out which part causes the issue. It turns out to be the subtitle 293
      Yuru_Camp_-01_ja_bad.srt: キャンプがしたい
      Yuru_Camp
      -_01_ja_fixed.srt: キ ャンプがしたい
The only difference is, that I have added a space character between the first two characters. On my laptop, the "fixed" version of the srt file works just fine.

I have tested the behaviour with the Migaku Player and an offline version of the video file. The "bad" subtitle file triggers the same behaviour as the Netflix page:

The "fixed" subtitle file works fine:

      Some info about the system:

      chrome.png
      extensions.png
      browser_extension_version.png

I don't know if Anki has anything to do with the setup at all. But just in case:
      Anki:
      Version ⁨2.1.51 (cf78a555)⁩
      Python 3.9.7 Qt 6.2.3 PyQt 6.2.3

      Migaku Anki - 0.2.3
      Migaku Kanji GOD - 1.0.0-beta.12

There are no other add-ons enabled.

Let me know if I have missed any info.
      Cheers 🙂

        Hello.
I was having the same problem with this episode too (and a lot of other content for Japanese in netflix), which lead me this bug report.
Deleting some words fixed it for me. I can't say exactly which words cause the problem but I deleted all words that start with hiragana or katakana characters and the word 高校 (this word wouldn't let me parse the subtitles for the movie "whispers of the heart"). Hope this info helps at least a little bit.
        Thanks.
