After creating a card, player won't pause after each sentence anymore

Context :
- Last Migaku extension from chrome extension store
- Target Language : Japanese
- Website : Netflix
- Type : Recall
Reproduction :
- Launch an anime and parse the subtitles
- Create a card
- Launch player again
- BUG : player don't pause anymore between sentences. It seems to stutter a little and then start immediatly after each sentence. I need to pause manually the player (sometimes several times) for it to work as expected again.
