Can't subscribe to a plan?

The only option that worked when trying to subscribe to a plan was the free trial but it says it's already expired when I try to login with the browser extension. The other subscription options do not react when I click on them.
Secondary question, I'm a patreon subscriber, can I connect that account to the website? I feel like it doesn't make sense to subscribe in two different places.
Edit: Ok I found where you can pledge/link your patreon but that doesn't seem to be working. It appears to bring up a stub page and when I click on another page my patreon account still isn't connected.
