The server could not be reached. (Download Frequency Lists)

When I hit "Download" for French, it says that it the server could not be reached.

@stevimigaku yes, thanks! that was exactly the problem.
I had set Chrome to only allow the extension to read/change "On click" (instead of "On all websites").
When you do that, even if I click on it to allow it to run, it fails to download the dictionaries... I also noticed the Dictionary can't reach Google Images, Forvo etc., regardless of having "clicked" on the extension.

Try going to chrome://extensions/
Click on details for the Browser Extension and set this:
See if this fixes the problem.
