furigana reading not generated

When I am trying to generate a card from netflix it show furigana,
but when I tired to export it, it is not showing, neither the text colors

You will also need to click the small arrow on the right:
Then select "Add syntax on creation":
After creating the card, you can open the card in the Anki browser to check it has the Migaku syntax added to the sentence field:
Should look something like this:

It is supposed to be generated here in the sentence field when I click on the generate card isn't it?

Are you using the old Migaku note type? Because it looks like it.
Switch to the new one, that should fix it.
The new one is just called "Migaku Japanese" -
