Dictionary Not Showing Up

I am trying to follow the setup guide on the website, and I am at the step where you set up automatic definition settings. However, my JP-->ENG dictionary is not showing up as an option to select. I checked and even reinstalled the dictionary but nothing.

Have you tried refreshing the extension in chrome://extensions/ ?
I had this once, but it went away by itself.
