Had a weird issue today where, when I parsed, entire subtitle lines disappeared. Screenshots below of before and after parsing. PlatinumEndBeforeParsing.PNG PlatinumEndAfterParsing.PNG

Thanks for the details. We will take a look at it 😊

        EDIT:
Just tried and was able to reproduce the problem. Using the file in the reader worked as intended.

          Describe the bug
I loaded a video and subtitle file into Migaku Player in the browser, when I clicked parse I saw some of the subtitle lines vanish from the browser, and when I played the video to check some audio lines had no subtitle.

          To Reproduce
          Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I was watching a downloaded file. The subtitle was for episode 3 of Platinum End which I got from kitsunekko (Platinum End 003.srt)

          Parser settings I had were:
          Play Mode: Pause on 1T
          Skip Mode: Don't Skip
          Learning Status ticked
          Pitch Colouring and Shapes unticked
          Only Unknown
          No bracket settings ticked

          Screenshots
Screenshots of before and after parsing are above in the thread.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

          OS: Windows 10
          Version: 0.9.9.2

Thats not enough information to get to the bottom of the problem. You can use this as a template and fill it out. And maybe add the link to the show, if its on Netflix.
