Forum's new topic button is kind of broken

I noticed when trying to make a new topic that sometimes the website will be in dark mode while the new topic box is light.
What I assume are supposed to be topics containing the same words are unreadable regardless of what color the box is.
I thought maybe it could be some other extension messing with the website so I took all of these screenshots on a fresh browser with only the Migaku Browser Extension.
